BLUDGEON Allegiance: Decepticon Function: Warrior Sub Group: Pretender First Appearance: Comics-Transformers #60 Cartoons- N/A "To know your own limits, you must first know your foes limits." Profile: One of the most powerful Pretenders, Bludgeon is a merciless, emotionless being who relishes death and destruction. He is a master of Metallikato, the deadly Cybertronian Martial art, that allows him to kill his enemies in a dozen different fashions. He often attacks his enemies' fracture points instantly crippling them and manages to do so while remaining outside their line of fire. Bludgeon's skills gave him a position as one of Scorponok's elite guards. He was sent on most of Scorponok's more covert missions, and he executed them perfectly. After Scorponok's death, Bludgeon's battle savvy and the respect of his fellow Decepticons allowed him to aquire the leadership of the Decepticons. As leader Bludgeon quickly dismissed the alliance with the Autobots and began his attempts to conquer the universe. Abilities: Like all Pretenders Bludgeon has the ability to either conceal himself within his organic shell or seperate from it, where he can then remote control it. The high-powered atennas on his helmet have the ability to emit electric fireballs with a range of over 400 yards. His battle armor can secrete an odorous, mucus slime that can corrode many cybertronian metals. This insures that if an enemy manages to get a grip on him, it won't be for long. His shell also has smoke generators in its legs which produce billowing clouds of black smoke that disorient the enemy. His robot component is armed with a high-voltage electric cannon that shorts out most robotic cicuitry. In tank mode, Bludgeon can reach speeds of 55 mph and has a range of 850 miles. Weaknesses: Bludgeon's only weakness is that of rare energy backlashes from some of his powers. Sometimes Bludgeon's electrical fireballs are so powerful they can short out his own circuitry.
