| REPAIR AND MODIFICATION SERVICES
R&D provides a complete glass repair service. Our glassblowers will repair your damaged glass apparatus or modify glassware to meet your changing needs. Our RAPID TURNAROUND insures that you will have a MINIMUM DOWNTIME. Our repair and modification work can be performed on a per-item basis or on a continuing repair service contract.

| INVENTORY AND ADMINISTRATION
R&D maintains a complete inventory of tubing, ground glass joints, proprietary and standard stock items and hard to aquire components. This is in keeping with our policy of minimizing downtimes and providing maximum responsiveness to our clients.
Our automated Order Entry, Scheduling, Inventory Control and Billing procedures insure that each order is properly tracked and managed throughout the production process. This allows us to provide you with accurate and timely deliveries and avoid costly administrative mistakes and billing errors.
