~ All About Sunlit Farm Arabians ~

Although the history of Sunlit Farm traces back some thirty years...

...it was the formation of Sunlit Farm Training Center at Whittier, California in 1992 which was the catalyst for the success that has followed them and turned Sunlit Farm Arabians into a force to be reckoned with in the show ring and breeding shed.

A family of three, Stacy, Steve and Lisa Nichols are the epitome of the "horse show family" and have devoted their lives to the betterment of the Arabian breed. Stacy herself has been a trainer, breeder, riding instructor and judge for many years in Southern California. Her husband Steve, while a relative newcomer to the Arabian horse, and indeed, horses in general when they married in 1991, has become every bit as entranced with the "proud breed" as the rest of the family. Daughter Lisa, who turns twenty in May of 2012, fulfilled her destiny to become one of the top youth riders in the sport, having embarked on her show ring career in Leadline classes outfitted in Hunter Seat attire, graduated to the Walk-Trot division under Western tack and is competed in the 14-17 division in Western Pleasure, Western Horsemanship, Western Seat Equitation, Trail, Hunter Pleasure, Hunter Seat Equitation, Country English Pleasure, Saddleseat Equitation, English Show Hack and Showmanship during her final year in the youth division as of 2010, thank you to all who helped us cheer her on. She has now embarked on her adult amateur career as of 2011 and is currently competing in Hunter Pleasure, Country English Pleasure, Western Pleasure and Sport Horse Under Saddle.

In 2001 Sunlit Farm relocated to the Southern California High Desert from our longtime home in Chino Hills. Please take the time to inquire regarding boarding and training availability, lessons or our breeding and marketing programs. Your success is our success!
