is transported to the show with the intent of
schooling and when no classes are entered --
otherwise if classes ARE entered, regular show
fees as described above will apply)

RATED AND OTHER MAJOR HORSE SHOWS:
** All hotel,
transportation & meal per diem costs for
trainer and one groom are pro-rated between
customers attending show. Hotel costs billed
are actual expenses. Horse Transportation and
Trainer Mileage is billed at $.75 per mile
directly to and from showgrounds. Meal per
diem is $24.00 each for every show and travel
day.
** If hotel is utilized, there will be
no daily mileage charge between hotel and
showgrounds, show mileage only applies when
trainer travels between home and the
showgrounds.
** Out-of-pocket stall
decorating costs are pro-rated between
customers attending show.
** Exhibition fees are also charged
PER SECTION at Regional and National shows,
but are not charged in classes where
exhibitor is the Amateur or Junior rider of
the horse.
** Entry fees are
billed to the customer directly when due for
entry closing dates.
** All prize money,
ribbons, trophies and awards won are the
property of and retained by the owner who's
animal earned them (they will be returned
following the conclusion of the show).
** Trainer has the
option of ordering any show photos at own
expense.

small local shows transportation charges do apply
for each customer attending show, and are NOT
pro-rated if the show is within 50 miles of the
Sunlit Farm facility.

HORSES OR OTHER SUCH NEEDS, AND FOR ANY
ADDITIONAL HOUSING OR TRAVEL COSTS ASSOCIATED
WITH OR INCURRED DURING ROAD TRIPS WITH REGARD TO
THE HORSES TO BE EXHIBITED)
** Road Charge includes
travel days (please consult Show Preparation
Procedures).
** Grooming Fee applies for
every and all classes (and elimination sections)

HAULING/HORSE
TRANSPORT:
Current Client Horses-
For any reason, Show,
Breeding, etc., $1.25¢ per loaded mile with
a $50 minimum. No hook-up fee charged.
Pro-rate between horses if commercial hauler
is used.
Non-Client Horses-
$1.75¢ per mile round
trip with a $125 minimum on mileage, plus $75
hook up fee.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES:
LAYUPS/REHABILITATION-
In addition to traditional
layup service, we offer a program which utilizes
rehabilitative conditioning as an important tool
in preparing the horse to re-enter competition
fit, healthy and sound. Animals are refreshed and
ready to return to their training regimen
following the personalized intensive treatment
and custom tailored program they receive here.
$400 + board + Veterinary

ENDURANCE / COMPETITIVE
TRAIL / RACE HORSE CONDITIONING-
We offer a complete fitness
conditioning program for horses bound for careers
on the endurance trail or the racetrack. In
addition, we offer a referral service to owners
who are in search of the right trainer for their
prospects and counselling to help put them on the
fast track to success.
$300 + board (feed program
