Risidan isn't what most would call the king of tact. In fact, most don't call him king at all. They call him emporer, supreme ruler of /everything/. He thinks he's above reproach, above everything but his own law. He's a regal ruler and, though he runs a dictatorship, it's a fair one. AT least, more fair that Wyrre's, but we won't go into that just now. Because he's a little younger than his mentor, he's always sort of in the blue's shadow for all that he's rather more large than the blue. Ris isn't afraid to interrupt anything nor is he afraid to speak his mind to any and all in the room. They have to listen, right? He's the supreme ruler of everything, after all...
