"Smudge" born in 1973 and sired by Ch. Seenar's Spellbinder x Capri's Shannon Rose. "Smudge" was breeder/owner/handled to finish with back to back 5 pt majors as well as a Best In Sweepstakes in 1974 at the San Joaquin Valley Cocker Spaniel Club. His sister Capri's Shady Lady was BOS to Best In Sweeps with an entry over 75 puppies. "Smudge" was also a multiple BV winner as well as Group Placement winner.

"Howie" born in 1974 was breeder/owner/handled to several very nice wins including winning his Futurity Class at the 1975 Golden Retriever Club of America National Specialty. "Howie" was pointed but as evidenced below, he was much happier in the field than in the ring. He lacked one "leg" towards his CDX and was one of my best companions and friends.





Ch. Camelot's Capri


"Louie" born in 1976 was bred by Lou and Amy Weiss, Camelot Cockers. Sired by Ch. Rinky Dink's Sir Lancelot x Ch. Camelot's Crumpet. "Louie" was a Best In Sweepstakes puppy. He never met a stranger and was handled by myself to major points and finished by his breeder Lou (now you know how Louie got his name).

"Midas" born in 1978 was the RWD Champion of the world. Bred by Lou and Amy Weiss, "Midas" enjoyed many wins including a major handled by Greg Anderson. "Midas" was also handled by myself and we did rack up some points but his becoming a champion was not in his cards. Sired by Ch. Heyday Henchman he was out of the "Patriot" daughter Bar-Do-Ca's Bedazzled.





"JACK"


"Jack" born in 1980 was just one of those special little dogs that lives with you forever. Since he never grew beyond 12 inches in height, showing was out of the question. I had originally planned on naming him Capri's Clouseau (after Inspector Clouseau of Pink Panther fame) - but decided to save the name someday for someone I could show - so "Jack" was just "Jack". He is pictured here on his 15th birthday. He never met anyone he didn't like and everyone loved him - except the ogre Smash!
