This file is a DOS Program it re-programs the 8253/8254 counter timer chip in your pc
which when connected to the below circuit
it measures transitions or how many time the golf club breaks the IR beam from the LED on the printer port ack line and calculates the frequency and displays it in CPM (cycles per minute)

This next file is a schematic of the detector circuit that is hooked
to the printer port it uses
IR transmitter and receiver.
(ADDED 3-4-2000) The ground on printer port detector circuit should be tied together. This is something I omited.
