The first EPHEMERON effort is an interesting look back at Apgar's early sonic
experiments and a preview of things to come. Created for a split tape with Bill
Sannwald's THOUGHT MASTICATOR project, EPHEMERON blasted onto the
expermental scene with strange loops, deep beats and a unique, destructive
recording style. Sannwald's side featured brutal noise choked from found objects,
Evil Dead samples and beats appropriated from suprising sources. Although all
copies from the origional run have sold out, plans are in the works for a reissue.
