1. Change 2 days 10 hours and 40 minutes into minutes:

2 days = 2 x 24 = 48 hours

48 hours + 10 hours = 58 hours

58 hours = 58 x 60 = 3480 minutes

3480 minutes + 40 minutes = 3520 minutes

Answer: 3520 minutes

2. Change 10000 seconds highest possible units: (60 seconds = 1 minute)

10000 seconds = 10000 ÷ 60 (= quotient=166 & remainder = 40) = 166 minutes and 40 seconds

166 minutes = 166 ÷ 60 (= quotient=2 & remainder = 46) = 2 hours and 46 minutes

Answer: 2 hours 46 minutes and 40 seconds

3. Change 10000 hours to highest possible units: (24 hours = 1 day)

10000 hours = 10000 ÷ 24 (= quotient=416 & remainder = 16) = 416 days and 16 hours

416 days = 416 ÷ 7 (= quotient=59 & remainder = 3) = 59 weeks and 3 days

Answer: 59 weeks 3 days and 16 hours

4. Find number of days between December 2nd, 1999 to March 10th, 2000:
(Note: 2000 is a leap year so February has 29 days)

December = 30 (31 -1) days
January = 31 days
February = 29 days
March = 9 days
Total = 99 days

Answer = 99 days
