The Exhibitions!

They started the exhibitions from the medallists right after the men's finals and medal ceremony.

First, there was an adorable show from little and younger kids skating to country music

Shae-Lynn, wearing a gorgeous red sparkly dress, and Victor, wearing black with striped pants, performed a very saucy and sexy "Mack the Knife," but with a woman singer version. Nice hydroplaning move. Great program for them - they should do more of this!

Elena Sokolova was next, wearing a very shiny green vinyl looking costume with a sheer skirt, performed "I Want To Be Loved By You." Popped her opening loop, fast layback spin, nice Ina Bauer, hand down on her double axel. Cute number!

Totmianina & Marinin - wearing what was described by Brenda as stained glass on burgundy velvet, skated to what I would describe as techno chant music. Everything worked well for them - nice program. This might have been their OD music.

Drobiazko & Vanagas - Margarita wore a beautiful black sparkly dress. Povilas wore black velvet pants with a sparkly top. They skated to sad classical music (with some ocean waves towards the end) - beautiful program! They had a great move where they slid around on the ice together - can't begin to describe it, LOL...

Shen & Zhao - wearing their hideous costumes (spray paint on vinyl) from Masters, they skated to their "Moonlight Sonata" piece with the jazzed up section. Great tricks! They also had some type of headbanger spin which looked scary.

Todd skated to "For The Glory" in his blue costume. Triple loop was good - we also saw a nice triple axel and I think a double lutz along with a triple toe and a double axel. Good Russian splits. Finished with his usually great sit/back sit/cannonball/scratch spin combo. Gave an inspired and impressive exhibition performance, and the crowd loved him, of course.

Sarah skated to Bocelli's and Dion's "The Prayer." She was wearing a gorgeous soft pink or flesh toned sparkly costume. I think I saw a double loop and triple flip. Beautiful layback, nice spiral, nice Y-spin.

Alexei was next. He was wearing his "Gladiator" costume and, of course, skated to "Gladiator." There was a problem with his music, and he had a lot of fun with that, pretending to stab himself and die melodramatically, to the great amusement of the crowd. Finally, after several attempts, they got his music correctly started. This was pretty much the Sun Valley version, with three triples and the leaping and lunging footwork. He also used rubber or very light plastic knives this time, and tossed them into the audience at the end. It was a wonderful and inspired performance, and he got a standing ovation for his efforts. Hard to believe he had wearily slogged through his long program just a little while earlier.

Fusar-Poli & Margaglio - skated to "Business of Love" in a black dress for Barbara and a black suit for Maurizio. He takes off his shirt in this program! Crowd went nuts, of course, LOL....

Tim - wearing all black, he skated to Neil Diamond's "Windmills of Your Mind." Did his nice hydroplane into a triple sal, did his popular barrel rolls. He fell on something, but I don't remember what.

Sale & Pelletier - did their Prince medley with "Cream." Jamie was wearing midriff-baring black, David was wearing black. All the tricks were great. Very spunky and fun number!

Michelle was last, skating to "If I Could Change the World." She wore her beautiful pink costume with silver on the bodice. I think I saw double axel, double loop, triple lutz, triple toe, and triple flip. Great performance from Michelle! At her mesmerizing best, she seemed to float above the ice in another world.
