2000 Hershey's Kisses Figure Skating Challenge

Julie's Review

Nicole's Experience

Kim's Trip and Photos!

The Hershey's Figure Skating Challenge is an individual head-to-head U.S.A. vs. World team competition that is sponsored by (guess who?) Hershey's!  Being an open competition, pros are allowed to perform with the amateurs, setting the stage for quite a competition! Kim, Julie, and Nicole from the Alexei Yagudin Discussion Group were lucky enough to attend this competition in Auburn Hills, Michigan, taking place on December 10, 2000. It will be televised on ABC on December 16, 2000.

To save confusion, I'll have the roster and the results on this page, since each skater competes head-to-head with a skater from the other team. The winner gets two points and the second-place finisher ("loser" sounds way too mean, LOL.) gets one point. The team with the highest total of points wins the competition. Got it?
