::Prologue::

"Karisma, get over here, you're doing your sound check now!" Mark Towner, Karisma's manager, called as the five girls, sitting at a picnic table pigging out before their sound check, scrambled over to the stage.

"Sorry Mark, but we were just so hungry." Madison Jensen, the keyboardist, complained as she and the rest of her group went up to where their manager was standing on the stage.

"You guys just had a pizza on the bus! You know what we told you about snacking, you don't want to look fat for your photo shoots. The camera already ads ten pounds." Mark said using his rather harsh straight forwardness.

"Mark, you obviously don't have teenage girls, do you?" Michaela Massy, the rhythm guitarist, bitched at him.

"No, but I've been around you girls long enough to know how much you eat." Mark said as he pushed the girls on to the stage.

"Mic, come on now. Let's go guys!" Alexia Larson, the drummer, said, her normally bubbly self showing. She smiled and ran on to the stage with the rest of the band following behind her.

"Whoo hoo!!" Reese Vitrelli, the lead guitarist, called as she plucked her electric guitar's B string. Reese and Alexia's bubbiliness made Michaela's attitude drain away. As soon as some early fans heard Reese's guitar, the screamed.

"No Reese! I have to do the sound checks first, remember?" Their roadie, Eric, reminded her.

The girls waited backstage as Eric went on and tested their microphones and instruments. Fans were all ready outside the venue's entrance screaming everytime they heard Eric say one of the girl's names while he was checking their mikes. The girls giggled at their forgetfulness.

Five minutes later, the girls came back on stage and started their sound check as they let fans through the gates of the venue.

"Shit! Look at all those people!!" Gabriella Avilla, the bass player, said as Madison shot her a nasty look.

"Gabby, your mike is on sweetie," Reese reminded her harshly as some of their fans started laughing.

The crowd started to swell with fans carrying signs, wearing their favorite groups t-shirts, and carrying posters of the girls.

Two and a half hours and 23 songs later, the concert was over. The girls had to get backstage quickly to meet some fans who were lucky enough to get backstage passes. As a swarm of people started to gather around the them, the girl's knew they were going to be in for a long night.
