December 18, 1998 Collision Report
Thirty minutes after the cancelled hearing of the demurrer filed by the county in civil case #226736 where the county council admitted that the properly claim form had been found, this collision was CAUSED.
At the bottom of page 2 in "CONCLUSIONS" it is stated that ther was an associated factor of a "legally" parked semi truck. I asked badge #222 who drove officer Johnson to the scene, if the truck was "legally double parked". After several attempts to get an answer he stated, "Not exactly." A truck can double park to unload but it "must" have traffic cones to be legal. Officer Johnson refused to cite the trucker.
This is the diagram I provided along with a photo of the front bumper of my car folded over to the side from the lateral force of V2. The judge saw this and understood that the collision was not of my vehicle into the side of the other so much as it was the other across the front of my vehicle.
