Notice of Continuance.
What to notice (2nd page) is that the date of the signing of notice is after the hearing date of December 18, 1998 for the demurrer.
On December 18, 1998 30 minutes after I appeared in the court room and found the hearing canceled without notice I was set up for an AUTOMOBILE ACCIDENT!. A car intentionally raced out from a parking place on the left to cross 3 lanes at 45 degrees in front of me causing an accident.
When I appeared at the canceled meeting a county counsel was there as well. Our scheduled case was not on the calendar. The county counsel asked the clerk what had happened to the case and the courtroom clerk had no explanation. As we went to the Clerk of the Courts the counsel admitted to finding the properly filed claim form.
A few weeks later another county counsel denied under oath having the properly filed form. The hearing ended with finality on the lie although later statements of the judge indicate he sides with the county council as to the plaintiffs failure to state a cause of action.
