Opposition to Motion to Reconsider
At line 6 refers to an earlier hearing where this woman appearing for the county council lied to the judge concerning the copy of the properly filed claim form. Line 7 basically say "yea, so what I lied. Tell me something new." That lie was used to end the hearing and was completely accepted by the judge. The following document is the document preceding the hearing of the motion for reconsideration.
