Order Sustaining Demurrer
By the time the proceedings had gotten this far it was clear that no justice was to be found concerning the severe negligence of the county of Santa Barbara in the area of psychiatric treatment.
So after saying all that I said at the county supervisors meetings and filing the motion for reconsideration with its verifiable facts and common knowledge, no government authority has attempted to use authority, right fully with discretion to protect life. No judge. No attorney would use law to protect life.
Here is a second order. The order denying
the motion to reconsider came with this redundant order sustaining the demurrer
again.
