hereinafter referred to as the "PURCHASER". This document verifies that Matchmaker Equine Services agrees to furnish frozen equine semen to the purchaser in the amounts specified in this agreement for the stallions(s) indicated, subject to the following terms and conditions:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The purchaser shall pay the sum of _________ in ___________ currency to cover the cost of ________ portion(s) of semen as well as $50 USD or $75 CAN per order to cover the cost of International freight, etc, for a total sum of _________________. Payment is DUE IN FULL at the time the semen order is placed.

2. The purchaser is responsible for the cost of shipping the purchased semen from Matchmakerequine Services to his/her designated destination. Matchmakerequine Sevices can provide this shipping service upon request.

3. Matchmakerequine Services agrees to provide semen consistent with normal industry practice which provides for semen with typical post-thaw rates of 60% live, and 40% progressively motile.

4. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to verify the viability of the semen purchased upon taking delivery.

5. Matchmakerequine Services does NOT provide the purchaser with a live foal guarantee, either expressed or implied.

6. Matchmakerequine Services is not responsible for delays is shipping beyond its control.

7. Matchmakerequine Services does not assume any responsibility for damage to the semen as a result of mishandling or other causes once the semen has left the care and control of Matchmakerequine Services or its agents.

8. All funds are in Canadian/ USD unless otherwise indicated.

9. GST is included, where applicable, in prices contained herein.

10. Certified cheques, money orders or Bank drafts payable to Ingrid Matthiessen, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, bank transfers and cash are the only acceptable forms of payment.

11. The parties agree that the terms and conditions stated herein set forth the entire agreement of the parties.

12. The agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the laws of the province of Quebec and its validity and administration shall be governed by said laws.
