Tips to keep your stress level down.

1. Take a deep breath; you probably haven't had that in a while

2. Scream in your pillow.. it feels weird but its good

3. Write down your thoughts.. it will get problems that build up out of your system

4. Smell some vanilla candles or your favorite smell and just relax

5. Take some time for YOURSELF; too many people around you is tiring

6. Take a nap; you can dream about anything you love =)

7. Stretch; sounds strange but it relieves you a little bit

8. Primp yourself up; you'll know you look good and you have a lot of self confidence

9. Watch your favorite movie; that is a guaranteed smile

10. Listen to your favorite song and blast it =)
