Game Preview
Hesperia Christian faced 0-8 Linfield tonight and won handily 76-55. HCS came out on fire and ran up a 21-5 first quarter and took a lead of 47-20 into the locker at halftime. HCS let up in the second half well after the game was decided. Junior guard Josh Hamilton had 27 poinbts for the second time this week and was the leading scorer. Senior Jesse McDonald had 14 points, 4 rebounds, 7 assists, 6 steals and 3 blocked shots. Most notably, tonight's victory marked the 200 win at HCS for Coach Lester Simpson. HCS is now 9-5 and opens Agape League competition next Tuesday against Antelope Valley Christian.
