Josh Hamilton is a 6' 2" senior guard. Josh is an extremely talented ball player with excellent shooting and good defensive skills.
Josh easily was HCS' secret weapon two seasons ago as the sixth man coming off the bench. He was the second leading scorer last season. He was the best free throw shooter on the varsity last year with a 71% shooting per centage. |
Josh should provide the Patriots with a lot of excitement this season. Josh scored a career high 32 points in HCS' first game of 2003-2004 against Pahrump Valley and then beat that with 34 against Vasquez.
The highlight of Josh's first season was scoring 26 points including some critical free throws to help beat favored rival Apple Valley Christian in the HCS Holiday Classic. Hamilton was named the MVP of that tournament. This past season Josh's high score was 27 points scored in the Linfield game and the Lucerne Valley game. This year Josh had 34 points in several games.
