Nathaniel Blanchard came to Massachusetts with his father on the ship
"Jonathan", landing at Charlestown, June 23, 1639. He and his wife livedat
Weymouth, where his father-in-law, Edward Bates, was one of the earliest
settlers.
Possibly born enroute to America, as his mother died at sea.
