Well, the short answer is that this is still yet another Conversatron ripoff, although I always found True Meaning of Life to be far superior in my opinion. Except that I don't know square one about SQL, so I'm just going to fake it with HTML. What's Conversatron, you ask? Simple. Conversatron, Forum3000, Conversawang, and several other sites all use the same formula-- Users ask a question, and it is answered by various pop culture icons. That's the gist of it, although there's more than that but why bore you to tears?
