How does one become spot and wrinkle free?
By Abiding in Yahshua.
Repent of sins. Be in submission to Christ.
Walk in obedence, and repent at once if you sin.
To be without spot or wrinkle, is to have put on Christ
and His rightousness.
To be robed in His Rightousness, and not be tying
to accomplish our own rightousness through our own works.
Thus putting ones self back under the "letter "of the law.
While worshiping the Lord at a home fellowship.
The Lord manifested His self to me in this manner.
I was Worship Him, my hands raised, my eyes closed,
when I felt some one cover my sholders
with what felt like a heavy quilt or something!
I thought it to be one of my brethern.
But as I opened my eyes to see what they were doing,
I saw that no one was near me, all were worshiping too.
I ask Lord ? What is this? For I could still feel
the weight of this garment upon my person.
He said," These are the Robes of my Righteousness." Oh, how
He knew I needed this manifestation of His love.
For how offen I have found my self again laboring
to work out my own righteousness
!
And He will remind me of this, and bring me back again
to resting in His Robes!
One time I was trying really hard to give up smoking .
I struggled with it, Only to fail time and again.
I was standing at my bathroom mirror the next morning,
When suddenly I heard the Lord's voice in my spirit.
He said," Humm! Trying to perfect your own righteousness
now, are you?" It convicted me on the spot!
That Is what I hadn't seen,
I wasnt trusting Him as my righteousness, but was trying to
establish my own righteousness! So what if I had managed to
quit on my own at that time ?
I would have become puffed up like a toad! And His Mercy
and grace stepped in to allowed me to see my real sin!
It was worst than the bad habbit!
If we can establish our own righteousness. By What we do.
Then Our flesh will rise up and despise others who do not walk as we do!
Pride is the hidden sin of a self rightous heart.
Love, The Fruit of the spirit is then lost, and we are decieved by our own works / Pride!
Abba is looking for FRUIT not works or gifts.
Father, set us free from Self Righeousness! In Yahshua's Name!
Forgive us Our sins, Forgive us Our Pride, and Robe us in Yahshua's Robes of righteousness!
That doesn't mean we are freed into some greasy grace to continue in sin.
We are a work in progress. His work in us is not finished.
But His work on the cross has been done! He's atoned for our sins!
1 Cor 13:
2 And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries,
and all knowledge; and though I have all faith,
so that I could remove mountains, and have not love,
I am nothing.
Matthew 15:11
Not that which goeth into the mouth defileth a man; but
that which cometh out of the mouth, this defileth a man.
What come out of our mouth, comes from what's in our heart.
Matthew 15:19
For out of the heart proceed evil thoughts, murders,
adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, blasphemies:
Ephesians 5:27
That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle,
or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.
Isaiah 64:6
But we are all as an unclean thing, and all our righteousnesses are as filthy rags;
and we all do fade as a leaf; and our iniquities, like the wind, have taken us away.
We must hold to faith in His Promise. That He is our rightousness. Faith works through love.
No Love, No Faith! No Faith, equals fear. That is not the realm we are to walk in !
Love is the fruit of the Holy Spirit. Strife will quench the Holy Spirit and your faith will not work.
1 John 1:9
If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all
unrighteousness.
2 Corinthians 3:6
for the letter killeth, but the spirit giveth life.
Trying to be rightous by keeping the letter of the law, brings death! Yahshua gives us life!
Confess yours sins and begin to Praise Him, That he has robed you in His robe, and it is spotless!
