Personally:
Sweet and naive.
Some people even go as far as to view his cuteness as a bad thing.
But in my book, there's no such thing as too cute in anime:).
Peruru's naivety is mainy becuse of his isloation from other children.
He is very lonely and loves for all the right reasons as he's never known dishonesty
before came Queen Valdiana and started using the fairies powers
(normally used to watch other children's sweet dreams) for evil.
With the purity and open heartness of a young child,
he loved ChibiUsa, (and she him) for a sadly short period of time.
In my opinion their relationship was a sweet picture of first love.
But I have a feeling Peruru will never forget his love for ChibiUsa
and will care for her just as much forever..
