Friend

F is for the friend that I have found in you

R is for the relationship that is so dear

I is for the inspiration that you bring to me

E is for the encouragement that you send my way

N is for the nearness of your love that I always feel

D is for the devotion and deep feelings that you show

A friend you are and always will be

No words can express that special bond between you and me

My life is enriched whenever time with you is spent

A closer companion God could not have lent

Without your love I don’t know what I would do
