Morning Light
Morning has broken. Dawn has arrived. Our precious Lord Jesus He has survived! Death could not prevail, Though try as it might, To keep hope in its grip. Life burst forth into light. The promises of the ages Came shining forth, As told by many sages. Gods glorious grace Is now ours to have. Death and sorrow it does replace. Our souls enemy His grasp he must loose. No longer must he Be allowed to confuse. Look up! Reach out! Of His great love take hold. And as your reward Heaven is your eternal abode! By: Ann Martin April 15, 2001
