03 - All levels and veils are conferred via the process called Transmission and also known as Empowerment (Wang, in Tibet). This is a Tibetan procedure wherein an "Initiator" transmits his or her healing energy abilities to a "Candidate." After such a transfer, which only takes about 3 minutes (accompanied by approximately one hour of instruction known as Oral Transmission), the "Candidate" then permanently retains the healing energy and is able to apply it to himself or herself and is also able to radiate it to other people for energetic healing purposes and modification of consciousness.

The energy of Sirius is identical with the energy developed through the White Cloud Monastery Medical Qi Gong exercises.

These procedures are traditionally applied in person in a brief ceremony. However, with contemporary candidates residing in locations that are distant from qualified initiators, the long-distance transmission of the energy can be accomplished under certain conditions.

To receive a (free) temporary demonstration, known as Xin (Star) all one needs to do is present their physical vehicle, by appointment, in Tomé, New Mexico (about 35 miles south of Albuquerque). The demonstration usually takes the energy up to Level 8 - then we (the "initiator" as well as the "candidate") can see how sensitive one is to the energy, as well as the "higher" levels. Note that most people can feel the Level 3 energy, but only a few are able to pick up on the "higher" levels (Level 4 or 5 and up), and these folks are the ones who will do almost anything to get empowered in this unique system.

Level One may then be transmitted, but only to those who can "feel" the demonstrated energy.
It has been proven that persons who cannot "feel" the basic energy will not receive a proper, working empowerment,
and no fee can be accepted nor will an empowerment be performed.

Levels Two and Three may also be transmitted at this on-site appointment, but a separation of at least two hours is required between each level.

Or ... Levels Two and Three may be received at a later date via an on-site appointment
or via long-distance transmission.

Long-distance empowerments appear to be successful only for those who have energetically received the "absentee" symbol, in person, which is "locked in" as part of the Xin attunement, thus allowing the long-distance energy transfer to take place for any Level .
The candidate is given this "absentee" symbol at Level Two.

So, to be clear, one must be physically present for the preliminary demonstration (Xin.).
After that, Level Two, and any higher Level, may be taken at a distance.

Xin

For the benefit of those candidates who are skeptical of empowerments, a transmission is performed wherein the energy is applied to the candidate, without any fee involved, but without "locking-in" the complete empowerment. This is known as the Xin "Lesser Attunement."

The candidate is thus attuned and charged for approximately 48 hours, and he or she is able to experiment with the energy and to apply it to himself or herself and to others, and is able to confirm or deny the effectiveness of the procedure. Then, if confirmed, he or she is free to apply for a permanent empowerment.

Xin – The Star Attunement

The Star Attunement provides you temporarily with the ability to use healing energies for yourself and others. The Xin (Star) Attunement is offered as a preliminary demonstration and assessment of empowerment energies. It lasts about 48 hours and then begins to dissipate. Some individuals have reported it lasting for as long as seven days ... but it always seems to "go away" if not permanently "locked in" via a formal Level One empowerment.

.The Three Major Empowerments

Sirius Level One is only administered after the candidate has received a complimentary demonstration of Sirius energies and has been suitably impressed thereby.

The three Major Sirius Empowerments provide one permanently with the ability to utilize these healing energies for themselves and others. There is neither a religious belief system nor dogma involved. You receive the Empowerment and the specific energy/power is "locked-in" to you for your lifetime.

1. Sirius Level One: This Physical Energy Empowerment allows you to activate an alpha brain wave frequency for healing and meditation purposes that may be applied to yourself and others.

2. Sirius Level Two: This Astral Empowerment transmits emotional healing energy and includes a Power Symbol which affects Transmutation and produces a theta brain wave frequency . . . plus the power of long-distance healing (the "absentee symbol") and creative manifestation.

3. Sirius Level 3: This Mental Energy Empowerment permits you to transmit healing energies to the mind, and includes an increased capacity for healing at a distance and creative manifestation.

Note: Levels 1,2, & 3 are the complete package for a healthcare professional.

.The ALPHA Empowerment

4. Sirius Level 4: The Sanctuary on the Mental Plane. To receive this Fourth Empowerment that involves radiation of a delta brainwave frequency, a three-month period must elapse after receiving Level 3 and a written examination in the 7 planes and the Tree of Life must be passed. This empowerment provides a stable reference point on the mental plane.

.The Veil Openings

Electromagnetic Fibers (Nadis) conduct Energy (Chi) throughout the body.

Each fiber consists of five strands. ----->

Each strand carries energy relating to a different mode of consciousness.

Each strand normally operates at about 18% of its full capacity.

A Veil Opening is the metaphysical language for the process of clearing one of the five strands – so that it delivers 100% of its full capacity.

The 3rd Veil Opening is not included with the Level One empowerment.

The degrees are the Levels of Consciousness - the Veil Openings are the tools.

The Sirius Empowerments of the Inner Realm provide you permanently with the ability to utilize these healing energies for yourself and others. Spiritual changes can only be evoked in that small percentage of human beings who are sensitive to some degree at these levels of awareness.

5. Sirius Level Five: This Solar Energy Empowerment allows you to transmit harmonious energies that emanate from the causal levels of consciousness (the so-called "Higher Mental Plane").

6. Sirius Level Six: This Powerful Energy Empowerment provides you with the capacity to call down transformational energies from the monadic plane.

7. Sirius Level Seven: This Gentle Energy Empowerment provides you with the capacity to draw in graceful energies from the surrounding ether.

The Supernal Realm

The Star System Empowerments of the Supernal Realm provide you permanently with the ability to utilize these healing energies for yourself and others. Spiritual changes can only be manifested in that small percentage of human beings who are sensitive to some degree to these levels of awareness.

8. Sirius Level Eight: Corresponding to Samadhi or Sartori, the Magister of Level 8 arrives at a full understanding of the empowerment energies and develops his or her system based on his/her Level 7 thesis.

9. Sirius Level Nine: This Recognition indicates that the Initiator has the capacity to manifest change, and Empowerments can be directly applied through his or her own system to others at any or all of the levels.

.Considerations

1. The Supernal Realm of Star System is composed of those who have penetrated the fourth veil.

2. Members of the Supernal Realm are expected to found a lineage dependent upon themselves.

3. The specific tasks of any Level or Veil are issued in the form of instructional documents that are presented at the time of advancement from one Level to the next.

4. Recipients of any Level are not expected to work with any particular objective(s), except as has been set forth in the guidelines above and in the official Level documents. In order that individuals may properly communicate and understand each other, certain concepts must be learned [after Level 3]. These include the Tree of Life and the Seven Planes Chart as an intellectual framework.

5. There is a prohibition against the revealing of any Sirius activation symbol. This dilutes the Lineage beginning with the party involved. The penalty is loss of the capacity to remember the symbols or how to apply the energies, and this is enacted by the energies themselves without the need for any other person to lift even a little finger in retribution.

That is, people who give away the "secrets" find that their abilities simply get weaker and weaker.

6. Empowerment fees are assigned and they form a critical requirement inherent within the process. There are no annual subscriptions or fees. Initiators of Level 9 may determine their own fee schedule, and no fees or percentages are due to any Grand Headquarters or to any "upline" individual, as is somewhat common amongst other empowerment systems.
