Melissa: first off, can you sum up for us how you feel about everclear?

Julia: wow, sum up? well i feel like if they weren't here i dont know how i would be able to cope with the world.

Melissa: i know what you mean. okay, so how long have you felt this way?

Julia: since wonderful came out.. that song really hit home.

Melissa: ahh same here- once i heard wonderful i went full on obsession with ec:)

Julia: lol :0)

Melissa: which everclear song would you most connect with, that relates to your life more than others?

Julia: umm god thats hard.... tie between summerland and wonderful summerland is like no one cares about me i wanna leave and wonderful is like life just sucks so there tie :0)

Melissa: ya- i feel the same way. so musically which song do you love the most?

Julia: umm that would be the instrumentals... el distorto de moledica and halloween americana. they are just proving how everclear can rock out and be amazing without words.

Melissa: definitely.

Julia: :0)

Melissa: would you consider the lyrics Art writes about realistic?

Julia: definitley.

Melissa: and what about the music styles they jump to and from- everclear has kind of switched to various styles throughout their musical carrer, what do you think of that?

Julia: its great.. you mean like how some songs are pop and others rock. i think its great because that way they appeal to a wider variety of audiences

Melissa: yeah

Julia: lol

Melissa: which cd has the most significance to you?

Julia: uhh thats hard

Melissa: i know:)

Julia: well i think vol. 2 is good beacause i mean i truly love all the songs.. like some songs its like yeah its ok or good but on this album i love ALL the songs

Melissa: ahh i see.

Julia: :0)

Melissa: so how would you define obsession?

Julia: umm i think its like when you are really extreme about something like i would not be offened if someone said your obsessed w/ everclear but i like to think that im not crazy obsessed ya know

Melissa: yeah. so obsession is good, if it's not crazy?

Julia: yes

Melissa: and would you ever follow everclear around from show to show, or is that crazy? lol

Julia: if i could i definitaly would

Julia: but i cant drive and i doubt my parents would go for that lol

Melissa: haha i know

Julia: lol

Melissa: if you had one chance to say one thing to everclear as a whole, as a band, what would you say?

Julia: thank you for helping me make it through my life.

Melissa: awesome. you answered that so quick- that's great. a lot of people don't know what they'd say.

Julia: how could you not know lol!!! i dream everyday of meeting them and what i'd say.

Melissa: yeah, but i tell ya it's different when you are really there. i mean i kinda didn't get to say all i wanted to say when i met them.

Julia: no cuz ur too busy trying to breathe lol

Melissa: haha yeah, it's just amazing to be there with the person whose music you couldn't live without. the person who keeps you sane;)

Julia: yeah

Melissa: what advice to you give to other fans? advice about anything.

Julia: wow... um never give up on trying to meet them.. and dont let anyone ever tell you "they suck"
