Owner agent, agrees to rent to the Renter(s) the premises located at

The premises shall be used for residential purposes only and Renter(s) shall
peacefully and quietly occupy the same and shall not interfere with the rights
of other Renters(s) or neighbors. Renter(s)
shall permit no activities on the premises, which are contrary to any law,
ordinance and/or any applicable health and/or fire department or insurance
policy provisions. The Renter(s)
shall not park or drive vehicles on the lawn or in an area that will obstruct
any adjoining drive. 3.
The Renter(s) shall leave said premises in a clean and sanitary condition upon
exit. 4.
The Renter(s) agrees to comply with the list of Rules and Regulations for
occupancy received at the time of signing rental agreement and also posted in
premises. 5.
Cancellation Policy: The $500.00
required deposit will be refunded in full if we are notified of cancellation
sixty days (60) prior to Renter(s) scheduled arrival date.
Should Renter(s) cancel within sixty days, Owner or Owners’ agent will
try to fill the canceled rental period. If
rental period can be filled, $300.00 will be returned to Renter(s), Two
Hundred dollars ($200) shall be retained for additional advertising costs
incurred as a result of the cancellation. There
will be no refund given after a tenant takes occupancy. 6.
Renter(s) agree to report promptly to Owner or Owners’ agent any
mechanical, electrical, plumbing or other problems with the premises.

Owners’ agent, or the owner of said premises is not responsible for
injury to Renter(s), their family or guests, or to damage to their personal
property incurred during their stay. Renters,
their family and guests bear the risk of any injury. 8.
This home is posted as No Smoking, please respect this and smoke only outside
the home. Pets are not Permitted.
