Rotisserie Pork Roast

2 | pounds | pork roasts, tri-tip |
1/4 | cup | brown sugar |
2 | teaspoons | garlic salt |
2 | teaspoons | chili powder |
1/4 | cup | mustard, yellow |
1/4 | cup | honey barbecue sauce |
2 | teaspoons | hot mustard, powder |
1 | teaspoon | ground black pepper |
1 | teaspoon | accent' |
In a small bowl combine brown sugar, salt and spices. Set aside. Brush roast with mustard and barbecue sauce and place in plastic bag. Cover and chill for at least 6 hours and up to 24. Put onto spit and secure. Sprinkle spice mixture onto roast to coat. Put onto rotisserie and grill for about 2 hours.
