Pumpkin Cake

Ingredients:
6 eggs,lightly beaten
1 large can of plain pumpkin
1 1/2 cups of sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp cloves
2 cup evaporated milk (13 oz can)

Directions:
Mix and pour into a 9" x 13" pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 min to 1 hr.
Topping for the Pumpkin Cake Ingrendients:
1 pkg yellow cake mix
1 cube butter softened at room tempature
chopped nuts of your choice





Honey Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:
1/2 cup shortening
1/2 cup honey
1 egg (small if you have one)
1 cup sifted flour
1 tsp.baking power
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup chopped nuts
1/4 tsp salt

Directions
Cream shortening and honey. Add egg and beat well.
Sift dry ingredients and add to other mixture.
Add Vanilla,salt,nuts, and chocolate chips.

Fudge Chocolate or Vanilla

Ingredients: 3 cups of sugar
1/2 cups butter or margerine
5 oz evaporated milk
1/2 corn syrup(light)
pinch of salt
12 oz chocolate chips (white or chocolate)
1 jar Marmallow cream
1 tsp.vanilla
nuts of your choice (optional)
Directions Blend the first five ingredients.Heat on high to a rolling boil Reduce heat to medium for 5 mins. Remove from heat. Beat in Chocolate , marshmellow cream, Vanilla, and nuts if desired.
Continue beating for a total of about 5 mins. Pour into a lightly buttered pan 9x13 and cut when cooled.

Fudge 2

Ingredients:
2 tsp margerine
2/3 cups evaporated milk
1 2/3 cups of sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups small marshmellows
1 1/2 cups 6 oz chocolate chips (white or chocolate)
ltsp.vanilla
nuts of your choice (optional)
