Isole d'Oro

Discovered by Dimitr's uncle Gianni 30 years ago and the place he hid the treasure he stole from the Church. It was also where he left his ship's priest who objected to the theft and promised to inform the Church of Gianni's crimes. The heroes came to the island in the closing days of Secundus 1666 and took the treasure with them, though they decided to leave the priest as he was still a danger to the Bessano family.

It is located 5 degrees north of the Kanuban Meridian about four good days of sailing south of the Castille-Vodacce Trade corridor.

It has fresh water, wood (though 1 in 1o are unsuitable for repairs) and three main sources of food: gulls, sardines, and sea lions.

Isla de la Mierda

A small island discovered by Sebastien LaBoulanger, Master's Mate of the Avalonian ship Rampant. It's in an odd shallowing in the Frothing Sea and seems to have been once inhabited by some one as there seems to be a number of pigs on the island who have gone wild providing a source of food in addition to fish which can be caught here by net.  There is also ample water making it a favorite supply stop for The Rampant.

Located three degrees north of the Charouse Meridian and about 6 days west of Entour.

The Whaling Isles

A Castillian possession in the Frothing Sea and one of the most dangerous places to sail because in spring it is a favorite place for whales to mate, making them easy targets for whalers however that means there are also Leviathan's around making any sailing dangerous in these waters.

The Castillians have established two permanent settlements (both fish in the off season) one on La Isla De la Pistola and the other on Isla Del Oso. Neither town is much bigger than a thousand people. The rest of the islands have small camps individual groups of whalers establish when the season is on and are abandoned at it's end.

The northern most tip of the islands are 400 miles west of Barcino.
