Gerard, His Wife and His Sibling

Gerard Boulanger – Eldest of the sons of Marc and Yvette Boulanger he is Sebastien’s father and the current patriarch of the ‘Younger’ branch of the family. He is known to be a shrewd businessman and has seen more of the world than most in Trois Ponts because of his service in the early years of the War of the Cross in Eisen. He speaks the language fluently and has developed a taste for their beer as well as having learned a number of business practices from his time in Frieburg. Because of the size of his family and his relative wealth in the region, the peasants and townsmen call him “Le Petite Empereur” as a well meaning nickname. Gerard of course hates it.

Marguerite Boulanger – Gerard’s wife and daughter of Jean LaAubergiste a man who runs the Le Café Tambour on the road to Bouche. Marguerite is an advocate of education and made sure her children are literate, can do figures and recite the at least some of the Vigils of the Prophets. When not meddling in the affairs of her children or helping Gerard run his business she helps the other literate women teach the town’s children to read.

Luc Boulanger – Joined Gerard in the War of the Cross, but died at the battle of Posenfeld. Was unmarried and left no children.

Luc Boulanger – A year younger than Marc and a year and a month older than Sebastien he has just left home for Bouche to work as a scribe since upon Pierre’s return from the war he is no longer required to work in the mills.

Phebe Boulanger – Twin sister of Sebastien works as a servant in the baron’s country estate. She is also unmarried which is of prime concern to her mother.

Pierre Boulanger – Previously the most rebellious of the brothers he joined the Montaigne army and fought in some of the closing engagements of the War of the Cross before being sent home. He did not return home empty handed however, he came home with Eva his Eisen wife, their son Stephan and a keg of Eisen beer with which to beg Gerard’s forgiveness.

Nicole Boulanger LaForgeron – Married to Guy LaForgeron the heir to the town smithy and at last report was pregnant with their first child.

Roseline Boulanger – Youngest and sworn to be last child of the Boulanger family. She is yet to become of age but shows precocious talent in music.
