Trieze Kushrenada is a superior officer in OZ, and one of the most important individuals in bringing about OZ's coup de'tat against the Earth Sphere Alliance.

Treize desires peace and regrets the loss of his soldiers (as he tells Wufei in Episode 48). He believes, however, that in a war, one must depend on human soldiers or else the war becomes meaningless, a view which causes him to be expelled from the Romefeller Foundation, the heads of the new regime.
