Lady Une is a prominent member of OZ. She is ruthless and cunning, but she wants more than anything to please Mr. Treize. Part of the way through the series, she develops a dissociative personality. Lady Une wears her hair down, takes off her glasses, and is the extreme advocate of peace. Colonel Une is Une with the glasses and the trademark red-ribboned braids: a more ruthless version of herself than she was before.

Toward the end, Une is shot, and when she awakens, she is cured of her condition, becoming neither naive nor cruel, but a capable midpoint between the two.
