EGGS & SAUSAGE BAKED ZITI

1 pound of ziti ( or pasta of your choice )
1 pound of italian suasage ( cut into 1 inch pieces )
2 28 ounce cans of crushed tomatos
1 can of 28 oz. of water ( use crushed tomato can as measuring tool)
2 cloves of garlic ( minced )
1 teaspoon of sugar
8 large hard boiled eggs ( peeled )
1/4 cup of grated cheese of your choice
2 teaspoons of garlic powder
2 tabelspoons of oil
salt and pepper to taste
4 cheese shredded mix ( with cheeses of your choice )

In a large pot heat oil
cook sausage until lightly brown on both sides
add garlic and suatee until cooked but not brown

add tomatos and all other ingredients with the exception of the cheeses
simmer on low heat for about 2 1/2 hours
cook pasta as directed on package
drain well

prepare oven at 350 degrees F.
in a deep dish baking pan add enough suace to cover the entire bottom
add cooked pasta to baking dish,scooping out sauce with sausage and egg mixture onto the pasta
mix well

place shredded cheeses on top of the pasta generously
cover pan with aluminum foil and bake for about 15 minutes
remove foil and bake for an additional 20 minutes
remove from oven
let set for about 10 minutes
serve
