1/2 cup of olive oil
2 cloves of garlic, minced
2 medium oinions
1 (32oz) of homemade marinara sauce, or jar sauce if you like
1 cup of dry white wine
1/2 lb of cod, sliced and cut into pieces
8 oz. frozen lobster tails,
shelled and cut up
1 lb of small mussels
1 lb of small clams
1 lb of medium shrimp
Heat oil in a deep heavy skillet, add garlic and onions sautee until cooked but not brown. Add sauce, wine, fish amd lobster, simmer 6 minutes. Add mussels and clams. Cover, cook till fish is done and shellfish open (discard any unopened ones) Add shrimp and simmer for 3 minutes. Serve (add grated cheese over top of each serving) immediately with crusty Italian bread. Mangia!
