DIVA'S BISCOTTI DROPS

2 large eggs
1/2 cup of sugar
1 tbsp. of anise extract or anise liqueur
1 tsp. of baking powder
1 cup of all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. anise seeds

Coat large baking sheet with olive oil or cooking spray
Whisk together eggs, sugar and extract until blended
Add baking powder till well blended
Add flour and anise seeds, stirring to make a stiff batter

Drop dough by tablespoon onto prepared baking sheet

Bake at 350 degrees F until cookies are golden brown on edges about 12-14 minutes.
Cool on rack for 5 minutes.

*This recipe makes about 18-20 cookies..you may double or triple the batch.
