1 lb. of linguini
in a medium saucepan,saute garlic in heated oil
1 jar clam juice
2 cloves of minced garlic
olive
oil
2 cans of minced clams/fresh clams may be used
1 tsp. parsley
salt
and pepper to taste
add clams,juice,and all
other ingredients except pasta
saute for about 25 minutes
while clams are
cooking,cook pasta ala dente
pour clam and juice over linguini and toss well
