2 fresh basil leaves (or 1 tsp. of dried)
In a large pot, sautee garlic (do not brown)..in olive
oil. Add whipping cream and cook on low flame or low setting for 15 mintutes
Serve over the pasta of your choice.
DIVA'S ROSE'
SAUCE
2 large cans
of crushed tomatoes
3 cloves of garlic (chopped)
olive oil
Salt and
Pepper to taste
2 cups of whipping cream
1 tbsp. of accent (optional)
2
tsps. of sugar
Add tomatoes and 1 can of water (using the 28 oz. can as the measuring
container)
Add all other ingredients
Simmer for about 1 hour
