DIVA'S ROSE' SAUCE

2 fresh basil leaves (or 1 tsp. of dried)
2 large cans of crushed tomatoes
3 cloves of garlic (chopped)
olive oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
2 cups of whipping cream
1 tbsp. of accent (optional)
2 tsps. of sugar

In a large pot, sautee garlic (do not brown)..in olive oil.
Add tomatoes and 1 can of water (using the 28 oz. can as the measuring container)
Add all other ingredients
Simmer for about 1 hour

Add whipping cream and cook on low flame or low setting for 15 mintutes

Serve over the pasta of your choice.
