DIVA'S CORN FRITTERS

2 cups of pancake batter
1 can of whole kernel corn (drained)
oil for frying

Mix corn into batter well.

Preheat oil in a large frying pan.
Add the battered corn mixture by scoop (enough to make a meduim size pancake)
Allow to cook and brown lightly on edges.
Drain on paper towel
Serve with pancake syrup or alone.
