8 large eggs
In a large bowl, beat eggs, Add oil,, sugar, vanilla, flour (enough to make dough soft and sticky) ICING FOR THESE COOKIES
1 cup of 10x sugar
DIVA'S ITALIAN COOKIES
1 cup of sugar
1-1/2 cups of oil
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
2 heaping teaspoons baking powder
handful of anise seeds
add baking powder and anise seeds and mix into a ball.
Cut pieces of dough so you can roll long strips about a half inch thick.
Lightly grease a cookie sheet, then place balls in it, keeping them apart.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until lightly bown on edges.. Let Cool
Dip the balls into the icing (see icing directions below)and place on a sheet of wax paper.
Sprinkle colored jimmies on each ball.
(don't let icing dry or jimmies won't stick to balls)
Then allow the cookie balls to dry on wax paper.
milk a little at a time
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
