DIVA'S GIAMBOTTA
(string beans zucchini and potatoes)

I pound of zucchini (optional)
3 pounds of potatoes cubed into 1 inch pieces

1 pound of fresh cleaned string beans (may substitute frozen or canned)
1 onion chooped fine
1/2 clove of garlic minced
1 tabespoon of garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
1 can of italian styled tomato sauce
8 ounces of water

In a large pan, preheat oil, sautee onion and garlic, till onion is translucent.
Add tomato sauce, water all other ingredients including the vegetables,
cover and cook on low heat, stir often, until potatoes and string beans are soft.

You may use this as a side dish, or alone.
