Diva's Pasta Frattata

1/4 pound of cooked angel hair pasta
8 large eggs beaten
6 large mushrooms crumbled
3 slices of bacon cooked and crumbled
1/4 cup of grated locatelli cheese or chese of your
choice
1/4 cup of milk
1/2 onion chopped fine
1/4 pound of deli ham diced
oil for fring
salt and peppper to taste

Cook pasta, drain well, set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs, adding all ingredients, except the oil. Mix thoroughly.

Add in this the cooked pasta. Mix well.
In a large frying pan. heat oil, place this mixture into pan, cover, and cook on low heat, (very low..to prevent bottom from burning)
Cook until this mixture is of a consistency, where as the eggs look firm.
Remove from heat, place this frattata in the broiler till the top gets slightly golden brown.
Slice this frattata as you would a pie.
Serve hot.
