1 pound of green peppers (sliced thin)
DIVA'S PEPPERS AND EGGS
6-8 large egss (beat well)
oil for frying
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup of grated locatelli cheese (may use romano or grated cheese of your choice)
1/4 cup of milk
sautee peppers till soft or of your liking.
Mix eggs, (already beatened) milk, grated cheese, salt and pepper, well.
Drain pepers on paper towel, place back into frying pan with a tiny bit of the oil used to fry peppers
add egg mixture to the peppers, and stir, till eggs are scrambled and mixed well with the peppers.
Remove from pan..and use as a side dish or in a sandwich.
