Diva's Italian Stuffed Pork Chops

6 pork chops, at least one inch thick
2 cups of bread, cubed
1 teaspoon of poutry seasoning
1 teaspoon of parsley flakes
1/4 cp of grated cheese of your choice
1/2 onion chopped, fine
1/2 cup of chicken broth
1/2 stalk of celery chopped fine

Carefully cut slit in each pork chop to form a firm pocket.
Place bread mixture into the pocket and pinch together the pocket sides.
Place chops in a greased deep baking pan, sprinkle each with salt and pepper.
Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, then remove cover, brush each chop with abit of melted butter and continue to bake for another 1/2 hour, until slightly brown.
