Sitting under an umbrella over gently rolling water with a plate of boiled crawfish and a cold beverage with cajun tunes just can't be beat in the hot Texas summers. Finding the Cajun Cafe is a little tricky. Traveling in either direction on Hwy.377, exit FM144 and turn south. The entrance is on the east side of 144 and is the same entrance that takes you to the Granbury Rose paddle-wheel boat. Parking is less that adiquate for this popular grub stop. You might be forced to park on the steep hill in the dirt. For a great time with good food and better scenery give it a try. It's a bit different from the traditional.
