The fourth born and youngest Child of Grifter and Phoenix Storm, Cordelia Wilde Storm was the only child born after the revival of Grifter by his uncle Freedon Nadd and the rescue of Phoenix from the clutch of the Vong who had shaped her into the assasin Karush Lah. Right from the beginning, Cordie has had a love of weapons, particularly guns as even when she was a few months old, she started shooting at people. Her Uncle Keijen Blade was the first to give her a gun to play with and he quickly became her favorite uncle, some of her earliest memories of him were him flying her around the Cantina.
Cordelia loves both of her parents very much but she has always been Daddy’s Little Princess, as he’s called her ever since she was little, and he has been known to spoil her a bit, giving her credit cards, horses, and state of the art guns. Her father’s approval is very important to her and she will do anything to please him, trying her hardest to be the perfect student. Prior to her birth, Grifter had already arranged for Jet Al’Meara to teach her in the ways of the force.
When she was about 6 months old, Grifter decided to have Temba age her in the same way Morgaine was. She spent most of her days hanging out with Jet and visiting her uncle. When she was about 6 years old she had her first kill, shared with by Slade Flet, her favorite of the four nephews; the children of her sister Karisma and Dagger Flet. Her prized possessions are the pair of specially made blasters given to her by her Uncle Keijen, they only fire in her hands and have “Wilde Storm” written in red on the handle.
At 12 years old, Dreven Strobe decided her needed to inform Cordelia of her favorite Uncle’s shady past. She could not believe his seemingly wild stories and blew up at him, very angry that he would say something like that. She went to the Cantina to find someone to talk to and found her mother in the clutches of her Uncle Damon. Terrified, she left and ran home to sleep, where she was bothered by a disturbing dream, one that she sees all of the DJO killed by her Uncle Keijen. She left the next morning to find her Fun Uncle and to ask him what was the truth. Upon meeting him, he admitted to doing just as Dreven had said. Against what most people thought, she forgave him and continued to trust him until her trust was shattered.
While shopping in a mall for new guns, Cordie was attacked by Damon Blade, Keijen’s twin brother. Projecting Keijen’s force signature, Cordie was open and happy to see her beloved uncle and gave him a hug. Her Uncle, however, instead of hugging her back, picked her up and threw her out the window of the shop. Astonished that her Uncle would do such a thing after she had trusted him, she was dumbfounded and hurt, eventually beaten to a pulp before the real Keijen Blade showed up. She realized that it had been a trick of Damon’s as she watched the fight, unable to move. After wounding Keijen and receiving wounds himself, Damon ran away and Jet took both Cordie and Keijen to the med labs, where later that night, her Uncle died before her own eyes. The shock of the loss of her favorite uncle was too much to bear and she slipped into a coma, hiding from the harsh pains, both from her wounds and the loss of her Uncle.
