Welcome to Rini's Biography!
Education
I graduated from Council Rock High School North in Newtown, PA in 2005 where I was an integral part of the fantastic choral program that is still in full swing. I then attended Westminster Choir College of Rider University in Princeton, NJ where I graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor's of Music in Music Education. I am currently enrolled at Holy Family University in Philadelphia, PA where I am pursuing a Master's Degree in Elementary Education with electives towards Early Childhood Education.
Current Employment
I am the music teacher at Southwark School, a K-8 school in South Philadelphia, as well as the Cantorial Soloist at Temple Shalom in Levittown, PA where I provide music for all Shabbat services and B'nei Mitzvot, lead a fantastic volunteer adult choir, teach music at Sunday School and tutor the wonderful students in the B'nei Mitzvah Academy. I am also working as a vocal coach for the Pennsylvania Youth Chorale.
My Favorite Things
My two cats, Sandy and Fluffy, my parents and my brother, singing and playing my guitar, and Ben and Jerry's Ice Cream.
