10Kc Switch Kit
THIS KIT ALLOWS FOR A -10K AND +10K OPTION PER CHANNEL
The 919 to 979 and 2547 units have always been capable of this feature, but, it is not a factory standard option,
but, this kit will restore that lost function. This kit is designed for the Galaxy dx919 to dx2547 units.
Kit comes with complete procedure and component installation instructions. I also supply the single, drop-in, component required for the modification. Simply install the switch module, supplied component, and solder three wire wires at proper installation points and you now have the ability to "slide" 10K between channels.

THIS UPGRADE CONTROLLER IS DESIGNED TO GIVE YOUR HIGH SPEED COOLING FAN(S) TWO RUNNING POSITIONS WHILE POWER IS SUPPLIED TO YOUR RADIO AND/ OR AMPLIFIER. THE PURPOSE OF THIS KIT IS TO ALLOW YOU A CONSTANT HIGH-SPEED COOLING SPEED OPTION FOR TIMES WHEN YOU ARE DOING A LOT OF TALKING AND NEED THE ADDITIONAL HIGH FAN SPEED TO KEEP YOUR UNIT COOL.
THE LOW-SPEED FEATURE IS DESIGNED TO GIVE YOU A CONSTANT LOWER FAN SPEED (1/2 SPEED) WHEN NOT TALKING AS MUCH AND IT DECREASES THE “NOISE” GENERATED BY FANS AT HIGH SPEEDS, WHILE STILL OFFERING ENOUGH FAN SPEED TO EXHAUST IDLE HEAT FROM THE UNIT. THIS CONTROL MODULE ALSO ALLOWS FOR A COMPLETE “OFF” POSITION WHEN YOU WANT TO KEEP THE POWER ON, BUT, DO NOT NEED THE FAN TO RUN AT ALL.
THIS FAN SPEED CONTROL INCORPORATES A TRANSISTORIZED CIRCUIT, SO, SPECIAL ATTENTION NEEDS TO BE OBSERVED WHEN WIRING THE CONTROL MODULE IN LINE WITH YOUR FANS POSITIVE 12-VOLT POWER WIRE. THIS CONTROL MODULE IS POLARIZED. IT WILL ONLY WORK WHEN PROPERLY WIRED. COMPLETE INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS ARE INCLUDED IN THE KIT.
